Parking Lot Pizza Give Away



Last weekend we hosted our annual parking lot pizza event to say thanks to the wonderful folks in our community who have supported our practice! We had so much fun running pizza out to you—one guy said he expected us to be on roller skates! We appreciate you all and hope you enjoyed your pizza while you watched the Cornhuskers put some points on the board!

We’re excited to report that we raised $180 for HearU Bank at our Community Ice Cream event at the end of May! Thank you to everyone who came out for ice cream!

We want to make this a regular event, so keep your eyes peeled for the next event date. Below are some fun photos from the event.

The staff of AUDIO-LOGIC, PC wanted to show our appreciation to the community. So during a recent Huskers game day, we provided pizza to people who came by. There were plenty of smiles shared by everyone! Thank you to all who dropped by!

Dr. Fuchs also made a special appearance at St. Anthony’s Elementary school to meet with the Preschool class. They are learning about the 5 senses, so she spoke to them about hearing and hearing protection. Look at those smiles!

Dr. Fuchs fits and creates custom ear molds for patients with hearing aids donated from the Nebraska Hearing Aid Bank. She also donates hearing aids to the Nebraska Hearing Aid Bank.

Ruling Makes Captioning Telephones Once Again Free for Individuals With Hearing Difficulties

Dr. Fuchs was invited to speak Friday afternoon at the Optimists and Kiwanis meeting to educate individuals on the topic of Tinnitus. She presented an overview of symptoms, causes, information, and assistance available to sufferers of Tinnitus (ringing of the ears).

Please be aware of a change in our weekly schedule. The office will be CLOSED on THURSDAY AFTERNOONS, but open in the morning. Dr. Fuchs is typically not in the office on Thursdays.

We are excited about the hearing aid technology changes that are rapidly occurring. Hearing aids have been digital for years. Now the industry is finding ways to incorporate radio frequency transmission, bluetooth, remote control-ability (like never before) and intra-ear connectivity. With new technology you can hear AND understand your TV like never before. We often have some models for demonstration — just ask when you make your appointment.
