Accessibility Statement
AUDIO-LOGIC, PC is committed to making our website and our Columbus office accessible to every patient and visitor, including people with disabilities. Since 1992, we've believed that better hearing leads to a better life, and that starts with equal access to hearing care information and the support that goes with it.
Web Accessibility
We strive to make our website, audiologicpc.com, conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or voice control software.
Our ongoing accessibility efforts include:
- Providing descriptive alt text for images throughout the site;
- Ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and background elements;
- Using semantic HTML to support screen readers and other assistive technologies;
- Making all interactive elements keyboard-navigable;
- Writing clear, plain-language content that is easy to understand; and
- Ensuring forms include visible labels and helpful error messages.
We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining accessibility barriers. If you encounter a problem accessing any part of this website, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to provide the information in an accessible format.
In-Office Accessibility
Our office is in Suite 300 of the Fox Hollow Professional Center at 3763 39th Ave, Columbus, NE 68601. We want every patient to feel comfortable visiting, and we're glad to plan ahead for your needs. Ways we can help include:
- Family members and caregivers welcome: bring a spouse, adult child, or caregiver to any appointment to help with communication and decisions;
- Scheduled appointments: booking ahead gives Dr. Fuchs time to prepare for any specific access or communication needs;
- Plain-language explanations: test results and treatment options are explained clearly and without rushing, with educational materials to take home; and
- Assistive listening support: we can show you assistive listening devices and captioned telephones that make everyday communication easier.
If you use a wheelchair or have other mobility, parking, or access needs, please call before your visit so we can make sure your appointment goes smoothly. Reach our office at (402) 564-9198.
